Dogs Reduce Our Stress (and make us healthier) 4 Ways to Make Them Healthier

At the end of the show notes are some journal articles documenting lowered stress levels and increased heart health.   Our dogs help keep us healthier here are some ways to make them healthier
1.  Give your Dog a Job.   Train.  Stimulate your dog's mind in various ways.  If you have the room, consider setting up a mini-agility course in your backyard that can be folded up and stored when you are not using it.
2.  Walk your dog---  exercise.  -- heart pounding exercise 30 minutes --  also slow down and let them sniff.
3.  Trim their nails/proper grooming:  long nails alter how the dogs body moves/alters their gait
4.  Get your Dog Adjusted Regularly by an AVCA Certified Animal Chiropractor.
